Dilution is not your friend, but not necessarily your enemy, simply a fact of life on the ASX. CR's are one of the main reasons why a company publicly list, to raise capital from the public. The management have stated that they expect partnership agreements by the end of this year, they haven't let their shareholders down to date with any of there other timeframes, so would suspect that they get this right also. Eating words can come in January 2019 if they miss their deadline, but it would not stress me out to0 much if they were to sign up a Samsung, Intel, Toshiba or the likes a month or two late.
