It's a bit like the housing market. It never ceases to astound me how often I hear people who are upsizing say they are waiting for the market to improve so they can get more for the house they are selling. The best time to upsize is in a depressed market!

So anyone who is here for the long term and is confident on the opportunity that WBT presents may as well see this CR as an opportunity. Of course, there is also the risk of throwing good money after bad to consider.
