Maybe they have small oil shows coming to the surface, hence the TH for PCL,_but not material enough for TLW to announce yet, let alone gone into a TH..
I would be amazed if the drill bit has reached TD yet.
I don't think a duster, no way, far to early to call that one!
If it was a duster and the timing of the PCL TH announcement, then TLW would have dropped a few percent on opening on the London exchange.
