i guess unless there is a precedence, the decision here upheld the right of thw state government to change those rights and unless protected or covered at a higher level under commonwealth law, not worthwhile appealling. i think the best they can do is sit on their lease and look to start bringing in some cash from its existing assets. thats the only sure way for this company to survive. if there is a political shift in the wind, then who knows. but im looking for lko to be drilling in SA before christmas
