Hi as I see things , LKO had a good finding on their original case re the cancelation of their rights to do any more drilling on the already granted leases . The Judge ruled on Compensation . I think that LKO now will have to sue the Government for their LOSSES and not for the massive figure that would ( or Could ) have been awarded in COMPENSATION . A law suit with a Judge and JURY could have a much better result than this current one.
