There's sonethin' crook in Toobrook. The Liberal govt introduced the banning of onshore (oil?) l & gas exploration in Victoria 2016 which then is reinforced by the labour Govt. The result of this collaboration between the Liberal and Labour Govts to bankrupt Victorias' ability produce hydrocarbons will be catastrophic for the people of Victoria. The big question is "Who's doing this, and why?" Only a day ago England announced that fraccing was safe and is allowing it to proceed. The entire world acknowledges fraccing as being a valuable and safe tool for the production of hydrocarbons EXCEPT THE STATE OF VICTORIA WHICH HAS BANNED THE ONSHORE PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS FULL STOP. Next will be the total banning of coal and then where to from there? The Victorian labour govt. is installing diesel powered electricity to prevent a power outage and yet diesel powered electricity is the most expensive and inefficient power generation in the world. Melbourne is a city of some 5 million and requires some 5000 truckloads of freight and produce PER DAY just to stay alive. What price will Melbournians pay when they discover that diesel (all imported) will be costing their produce deliverers well in excess of $3.00/ litre in the very near future..... and they'll be paying for this. This is a disaster in the making and it is frightening for the Victorians in it's implication. This gives proof to Lang Hancocks' statement, " Pity the Australian voters for they have no choice, the Liberal and Lab
our parties are one and the same."
