As much as I don't like Bill Shorten I think has sniffed the wind and realised there will be votes lost over the gas price increase that is a direct result of this moratorium.
Remember recently Shorten said he thought Victoria's position mightn't be such a good idea.
Wouldn't surprise me if there is major change of position over this due to good old people power, politics and votes.
We might not need the corrupt judicial system to get rid of this stupid moratorium.
