Well- 2 bits of evidence in our faces that we sort of missed. Weeks ago we asked Lakes if they were concerned and they said they were getting on with the Rawson Deal- hmm did they already suspect bad decision?
Also for 6 months the "real" traders havnt bought any shares and when they do, the SP really does go up!. They know something we dont? I did say any thing could happen and if the report is correct and in full, then thats it. Lakes will have already been working on an appeal by now and Guy is a bit weak; tying to topple the smooth talking Andrews is going to be tough. Likely years before we can drill in victoria as no appeal will reverse drilling unless a new legal argument can be found and proven. Maybe some permit money at best and thats all. Perhaps all this will be turned on its head, but that would mean a corruption at the Supreme court- extremely unlikely!! No, the govt was in its right to do what it wants just as the conservatives do what it wants to do. It one extreme or the other. Its just how you think or brought up and right now its the socialist in charge. Next time it be our turn to punish them. Thats democracy. Thats the SM- stings dosent it!
