LKO made an offer to gov this time last year to waive the claim if we were allowed to recommence drilling. from memory the gov replied a vague 'we can't comment whilst there is an action before the courts'.
if there is a payout this will no doubt be part of the company's narrative, ie we gave the government an out but they chose to roll the dice on winning the court case
