Its now really interesting that Shorten came out two weeks ago and tried to push
Vic govt to a decision- or distance himself from the outcome.

Suggests to me there may be some back channeling going on..

(which is the right thing if this case ends up costing the tax payer a stack of money-which it should- well not really you know what I mean)

You have to ask the question i.e - had the labor govt reversed its ban on conventional would the payout, if it occurs, be smaller??
