Not sure about your 1st statement but totally agree with points 2 and 3
I see the new strategy (or possibly the actual implementation of a long stated strategy/aspiration?) as more of a focused approach, they do have a lot of ground to explore and that requires $$$ for sure. They have loads of 'targets' but cant drill them all at once on a budget.
The focus right now is monetisation of low hanging fruit in order to progress their better defined assets.
They have announced that they will be working on putting out some resource statements. Mt Stirling would appear to me to be their most advanced asset in terms of defining a resource. A shallow deposit with decent grades imo
A raise now gives an opportunity to exploit these dumps at very low cost and put a bit of cash in the tin to get Mt Stirling or whatever else they see fit into some form of commercialisation
I don't know the in's and out's or what's coming next but it is clear to me that there has been a giddyup at Board level and these guys are serious about turning TNR and it's sp around
