Interesting, break even on the horizon and a self funded expansion into NZ... You would think any expansion into Canada could be organic following another couple of quarter of US growth...

So IMO this has to be an entry into a new jurisdiction, NZ and Canada are both organic options not requiring additional funds...

Pure institutional to me indicates someone with some money is saying - get into Europe or another jurisdiction for inorganic growth reasons... Be interesting to see how much, what price and what dilution is on the way...
