Personally i think the best outcome for retail shareholders would be if the cap raising was done via a placement to the large holders as was the case last time money was raised.
That way we are pretty assured that new stock will stay in their hands ( at least for the medium term anyway ) & not find its way to market looking for a quick profit taking opportunity. A retail offering IMO will keep a lid on the price for some time to come. Holders like SBM & Hampton Hill & Co are less likely to sell in order to make a few %.
