Column 1A new research report on Hardey Resources by RM Research details the new value enhancing vanadium acquisitions and catalysts to kick-start a re-rating.On Friday, 24 August 2018, HDY shareholders approved the acquisition of Nelly Vanadium Mine (NVM) in San Luis province, Argentina and six highly prospective assets across Queensland and Northern Territory.NVM, which was operated during 1950s was only partially mined, produced grades up to 1.9% V2O5 with a length weighted sample average of 0.82% V2O5 from sampling, which is high by global standards.A recent geological report by SRK Consulting verified the presence of at least ten legacy stockpiles that can potentially be monetised and clear evidence of unexploited highly-mineralised veins justifying a ramped-up exploration program.
