I don't think initially it will be seen as neutral at all, it's a tax impost which may or may not be off set to a major extent by exchange conditions, however the market will respond to a tax, perhaps similar to the German move ? I expect ORE to put together an upbeat net assessment and markets to generally forget it over the coming weeks. Should we see an overshoot it could provide for good buying.
