Not sure I understand properly, but wouldn't the 172M shares released from escrow today (direct to ANS) provide some working capital...especially if the news to be released is decent enough and the SP bumps?
As per the August 23 ASX Announcement "The Company previously applied for and was granted quotation of these shares."
172M @ 2c = $3.44M
172M @ 5c = $8.60M
172M @ 10c = $17.20M
Mmmm. Clearly, there has to be another funding source.
