The halt is reported in relation to a substantial placement of securities. One option is that FPL may have done a JV, another is a partial sale of the company etc.
There's still no test (or results ) of the shut in 2nd formation well or any gas deal. It has a tad of the intrigue of a whodunnit novel. Julius Sumner Miller ( and shareholders) may well ask, "Why is it so?"
