"Cornerstone investment has clearly fallen through" - please provide evidence to substantiate this comment.

may be just a delay in getting paperwork in order? the ANN did not imply or even suggest that the cornerstone has fallen through.

IMO obviously going to be a delay with any discussions and they need to get funds in to keep cash balance up - which may suggest that finance/investor discussions may extend well into September?

but yes - am expecting SP to be tested on opening as IMO the buying may well have been in anticipation of the expected finance ANN.)
