Anfo, a cornerstone investor can either take a stake in either nachu, or any of the three battery factories, or participate in the Cr, or a combination of both. Therefore there is no need to vote for the over 10% rule by shareholders.
There should be a big injection of funds into mns, anything under 10m means management aren't that serious. To me they are serious, they have to be.
