Good spotting.
You note that the current trading halt announcement says "Magnis expects that the event that will end the trading halt will be an announcement in relation to the capital raising."
Can I suggest that the MNS trading halt could also end due to a request for voluntary suspension:
1) The last time MNS did a capital raise (you quote the announcement in your post) its next announcement was for a voluntary suspension pending a capital raising: https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20180207/pdf/43rd9gwf5gshdt.pdf
2) If you would like another example of a trading halt ending for purposes of a voluntary suspension pending a capital raise then you can go and look at TON who is in the same position right now.
