Keep in mind, BKT is a high risk investment and until it is producing a sustained cash flow, it is inevitable that they will need to raise capital.
As can be seen, the SP is already above the floor share price of the placement.
It also creates a great buying opportunity. For me, I bought more spares when the price dropped to the placement price.
IMHO, I would expect the share price to recover over the next 3 months.
