Short answer - Both.

I've been told that in a few years time they will be so busy with the setup, fertigation, machine manufacture etc etc that they wont be selling the machines to external customers. They'll only be selling to customers they take an equity in, and provide the whole service to. They eventually will be able to pick & choose their projects. Personally I think they'll need to tighten up their patents before they can get to that stage.
