i think this will be a big raise (in term of amount, not unit price).. if you look at their remaining capacity (around 5.2m shares) they can't raise much at this level of price... and there's really no point to do a 100s thousand raise at this time and these guys need big bucks to do what they're doing right now... given the price is at an all time low, perhaps its time to take a hit on share price to cash up
