Management appears capable but coy v small in its field and looking to find traction/growth in an expensive R&D environment... I was first concerned when announcing Ralph’s appointment that I interpreted a cloying/fawning tone... (ie thank god we got him - incredibily difficult to find someone who can help us face the major challenges we have)...

Hope the coy does well but personally I don’t have the confidence to reinvest atm
