I appreciate mgmt want to take advantage of the share price move, but at least give existing shareholders the opportunity to partake and not get diluted.

Honestly....this is not best practise from mgmt when they ignore holders that have supported the company for a long time!

These 'institutional & sophisticated' investors will exit as soon as they feel its opportunistic for them while its the long term retail shareholders that are going to support the price of this stock when things don't go quite as planned for the quarter or half year!
