Could you enlighten a non-chartist as to what is about the chart that illustrates a move to the "high 2s", which I interpret as 2.7 and above (as 2.4 - 2.6 = mid and below 2.3 and below = low).

That's a 170% move on the basis of an announcement to Reserves/Resources upgrade (that while flagged as material, will present some challenges). Not saying it can't happen but were it to happen I might have to look further into the voodoo side.
