It was only yesterday that I said the management should get a round of applause for not inflating the number of shares on issue whilst waiting for their licence in SA,
They have negative money. How do they buy anything.
Whoppee, issue some shares.
The shares are not worth much.
Easy, issue lots of shares.
But what would I know.
