Don't get me wrong. I think JH would love to bring T3 into production. He took Western Areas into production so is well and truly capable. But I hope he's realistic enough to know that if this is the district scale play that he hopes it is, then some cashed up players are going to get in the way of his dreams. So the best course of action is to move consistently towards bringing T3 into production, whilst at the same time making sure that any bid that comes your way at any time will have to pay the best price possible.
