If you read the content relating to the Birsok Bauxite project and government communication in the activity statements etc it pretty obvious that decision must be close.
CAY has always been upbeat and positive when talking about the project and IMO they will get the right to mine it and as I've stated here before many times it's merely just going through formalities.
We'll know soon enough!
