I think if you look at Joe's actions and the strategy of the company, growth is key and he knows he has to make it profitable. A broker told me to look at the performance share requirements that are in the prospectus. Joe has to hit two hurdles to get the performance shares 1. $30m in revenue and 2. $2.5m in EBITDA. So don't be surprised if we are seeing a move towards that !
