look I don't like these guys getting paid big money for walking around directing where the drill bit has to go , they should be paid just above normal wagers and then and only then when they hit big pay dirt they can pay themselves the big money and look after the loyal shareholders that have endlessly helped them to be where they are now. worst fear a consolidation of shares with the latest money crab and we are all fu####.
