Before the split the strategy, clear as day, was to be an NT centric mining company.
The agreement above, IMO, clearly establishes the relationship developed with the TO and common management of both companies, is an amicable one that delivers.
I'd suggest that this is an excellent foundation that TRT will be able to build upon.
