Hi CEO, EIG have never provided a debt facility to Senex to date that I know of, nor to this date have we needed a debt facility.

There was no financing provided for in the original EIG transaction, only the potential to arrange financing through EIG, hence there was no wording of 'Financing' in the EIG trading halt.

The potential for financing in the original EIG deal was always subject to terms being agreed, due diligence etc, see slide two, footnote 1 of the original EIG presentation, the financing outlined on that slide has never been agreed or occurred (yet...).
