    If it was a stake then the ASX ann would have said 'Placement' or 'Capital Raise', instead it specified 'Financing'.

    Go and have a look what the trading halt said when EIG came on board, I have no idea what it said but I bet it wasnt solely Financing, if it mentioned financing at all.
