The "Capital Raise - Cellmid Limited" "A$5.0 - 7.0 Million Share Placement " at A$0.38 per share email by Blue Ocean Equities as Lead Manager this morning and "The book closes today at 3pm" is disgraceful (even though a SPP for up to $2m is planned).
