I have to laugh as i contacted Maria at the time to ask about how they would fund the us expansion. Not a problem they said at the time, costs would be bourne by usa agents who were a part of the newly created structure with cdy just getting royalties or some similar arrangement. Then cr and now another one. Shows the value of contacting any company asking about potential cr coming up. Will sure be interesting to hear the reasons. Surely with mr Eck on board he will have been able to encourage new investors that everything is about to explode and no discount needed. With cash in the bank surely it has to be a placement of some type as couldnt be a share purchasee plan for holders??
