My bet is that this is in response to demand from the Noosa conference last week.
Nothing quite like seeing a live presentation in person, witnessing the body language and feeling the vibe of the room.
A little dilution for cash to serious broker clients who will get behind PXX stock which has to date been largely flying under the radar/unknown is a good thing.
