Yeah, if Adani were prepared to put the rail contract amount, plus an additional % for potential variations in an Oz based escrow account, agree to paying monthly in advance and have local laws to regulate the contract (no "phone a friend in singapore" arbitration out clause) NWH -may- consider it, but even then I doubt they would. There is so much risk associated with this project, that NWH management would be sensibly extremely cautious, especially when there are heaps of other more certain, low risk opportunities available.
