It’s a shrewd move. Don’t want to be negotiating with potential farm-in partners with a low or vulnerable bank balance. Can’t see them wanting to raise much, just enough for some window dressing for potential suitors. Will most likely take a hit based on VWAP being in the low 2 cent region. But this should be short term.
