The JV helped get two federal prisons as customers in the states so I would think again regarding the JV. For those that don't know, joint-venture is with a company that provides humidity monitoring in Refrigeration units. They have an existing client base and my guess is the JV will allow cross selling of each other's solutions or manufacturing of a joint product. The last CR was at 2.3c for close to a $1M mostly as a SPP, note OPEX spend is just under $3M so whatever the CR is it will need to be pretty big and agree dilution will be of particular interest.
