According to RFF the theoretical value of the units is $2.04 post this capital raising, but I wouldn't be surprised if the price heads lower, maybe even around or below the $1.95. There is nothing like putting a price on something to make people think that is what it is worth! Offer is non renouncible so any not taken up by retail investors will go to institutional investors. Would be interesting to know who is doing the selling.
