Can someone explain the logistics of this to me?
JBS sell the feedlots to RFF and in turn RFF then lease them back to JBS with the option for JBS to buy them back in 10 years?
How does this benefit JBS? Tax write off for lease? Why would they sell if they are going to run it themselves?
