Given the low shares on issue, top 20 holding 40%, cashed back, raise at 1.6, eddie king's involvment, this is definietly one of those who on even an ok deal can multi-bag.
The "mate's raise" does happen too often and agree it's an issue on ASX. At least for this one, there was fair time for anyone to buy even under the raise price.
