agree, but that how the game works i guess, however, since then, about 11M were sold for under the raise price, so there was opportunity to get in under the "mates"
a long established criteria of the "shell game" is to try and get in at raise price or below as it greatly reduces your risk.....not saying that everyone can do it though
Given what was sold under the raise, then you would think that supply will be tight until the price has kicked substantially
