At face value it looks concerning as the price dropped late yesterday, but the announcement says anticipation of results.

Here’s a theory:

The perceived long waiting around for results after the problems (which weren’t directly related to the flow test) could have caused some doubt and panic selling (fuelled by traders?). COE may have called a trading halt to stem any further share price drop until the flow test results are completed, which could be taking place now or in the next few days...
