NOt at all -- you had the hard line of it HAD to go into a trading halt, I maintained that it is NOT a listing rule.......
Again, you were the one ADDING words, I said it is just a meeting hence NO TRADING HALT REQUIRED
Pay particular attention to the first link ..... that shows there is no trading halt and neither the issuing of a 249D or calling a meeting is price sensitive
