Will be a hit to the SP no doubt, but things have been pretty volatile anyway regardless of news or not. Lets hope they hit that magic zone of asking (and getting) enough money, at a discount that is not to great. From previous reports, the burn rate is around $3m per year, so will be interesting to see how much they ask for, seeing as the MC is under 7m. My guess is about $2m, and with luck (and good management) they have some friendly party willing to underwrite.
