My bets are on some form of supply contract, It's been a while since they first announced the strategy and since then there has been no noise which i see as a normal practices when negotiating.
Not sure it would make senses to raise without properly showing holders what they've done with the past purchase (Paris Creek) especially as Maggie Beers hasn't blossomed into much lately.
