Will be interesting to see what the raise price is. It doesn't necessarily need to be at a huge discount, given this is a raise for an acquisition not to keep the lights on. It's also an opportunity for an institution to get a slice of the company when it would not be otherwise possible, unless an existing substantial holder would be prepared to sell a part or whole part of their holdings.

But no details yet so we'll see though the usual price reduces to raise price we often see with microcaps doesn't necessarily apply depending how the market values the transaction and the potential to drive increasing revenue and dare I say, profit
