    Do you have any factual reasons why CDFA approval would not be given?

    Personally I think they tried to complete the ODFA JV too soon. If they had waited for CDFA approval to be granted first with a history of sales growth it would have boosted investor sentiment. I guess we will all find out tomorrow.
